6 string Guitar Banjo
11.5 " rim assembly
Restore to playable status
Refinish wood
Clean and wax hardware
Add armrest
 Add modern tailpiece
Dress frets, oil fingerboard



Resonator stripped and re-stained, ready for clear

Rim was cleaned, scuffed, 2 fresh coats lacquer applied
Hardware was cleaned, buffed and waxed


Neck was refinished
Frets leveled and dressed
Fingerboard oiled 3 times and polished

Wet sanding a Gibson,getting ready to setup on vintage Remo bottom frosted 11.5" head

Will go with strings furnished by Hearts Home Acoustics ,Boerne Texas

Old tailpiece makes more overtone that Id like, so the new Gold tone downforce tailpiece is the next choice.
Loop or ball end strings also work on this.

Resonator is on its final coats, and will be wet sanded and buffed soon

Instrument is playing very well, with crisp clean tone, and plenty of volume.
This is going to be a professional level player.

I rebuilt the original Bacon 6 string bridge with a new ebony insert

After the resonator is finalized, I will get some sale shots on the page
