Small split, not really a crack, just like open
grain

2 small divots filled

Tint shot, will scrape binding to white

Glue removed and conservation performed to make it
look normal when dust gets back in it

A few small de-lams filled, ready for finish

Binding scraped to white then shot with a light
tint to regain Patina

Taking on clear

After clear coats, 0000 wool to take the sheen off
and then machine buff, hand polish

Fingerboard cleaned, oiled, frets polished

Some grain left showing to make the wood match the
older plating and hardware
